The King should have the foresight to avail himself of the opportunities (by choosing) the right time, place and type of action and people. He should know how to govern in normal times and in times of crisis. Here is an opportunity to prove your worth.

Bringing out the participants’ abilities to identify and to provide with a solution adaptable by an HR Professional in the current scenario to fill up the gaps in an organization forms the krux of this event.

Rules and Regulation:

• Each team should have 3 members.

• Maximum of 2 teams per College can participate.

• Teams have to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.

• Time limit for presentation is 10 minutes .

• Followed by a Question and Answer round for 5 minutes .

Registration:

• All teams are required to register by sending the participants’ name, phone number, email id and their college name to inferno2009@aimk.org latest by 24.02.09.

• The subject of the email should be mentioned as “Krak-D-Krux” .

• The Case Study will be mailed to the participants on their respective email ids by 25.02.2009.

We all are aware of the Current Global Meltdown and how companies are facing the “financial crunch”. In this scenario every Financial Manager is trying to save every single penny. This event will give a challenge to the upcoming Financial Professionals to provide solutions to a loss making company.Participants will be required to present a PowerPoint Presentation on a Case regarding a loss making company. Participants will be given the Income Statement for the same and they have to provide a solution so that the company survives the loss crisis.

Rules and Regulations:

• Each team should have 3 members.

• 2 teams per College can participate.

• Team would be judged on the basis of content (originality, feasibility and optimality of the solution) and presentation skills.

• Time limit for presentation is 10 minutes.

• Followed by a Question and Answer round for 5 minutes.

• All teams are required to register by sending the participants’ name, phone number, email id and their college name to inferno2009@aimk.org latest by 24.02.09.

• The subject of the email should be mentioned as “Sinking Ship“.

• The Case Study will be mailed to the participants on their respective email ids by 25.02.2009.
